Location, setting, parking facilities and proximity to the beach.
Minor things in decor, bathroom and overall appearance could do with slight improvements but nothing that would stop me from revisiting. It was a very peaceful setting and calm staff who also offered a great simple and local breakfast.

I like the location near the quemaito beach, the nice view, the staffing and the breakfast.
The rooms needs to get updated and the bathroom as well.
