La habitation no tenia papel de baño tardaro 40 minutos para traerlo y al dia siguiente no habia agua caliente llame al recepcion y nunca me contestaron baje y nadie estaba en recepcion me tuve que bañar con agua fria

Las camas q pedi eran reducidas el baño no bajaba bien la habitación era muy pero muy pequeña , varios familiares nos quedamos en vatios cuartos lamentablemente llevaron peor experiencia ellos no tenian agua en su baño y a pesar dr q lo reportaron nunca fuerona arreglarlo por loq. Fue incomoda su estancia tambien

Ok to sleep 😴

We liked the location, the staff was really nice and we couldn't hear too much noise from the outside so we were able to have a nice rest.

The reception floor was super dirty and the breakfast buffet wasn't enough for all the customers as well as the tables and chairs.

La ubicación, su personal, alrededor habían bastantes cosas útiles, desde Oxxos, estaciones de gas y muchas vías para distintos lugares de interés. En si la habitación estaba bien, era el espacio necesario para estar de paso, el baño la ducha no estaba mal, el agua caliente y fría funcionaban bien, al igual que el lavatorio. No tuve ningún problema teniendo espacio en el estacionamiento, puede aparcarse el auto tanto afuera como dentro del hotel (espacio subterráneo de un piso).

Ahora, lo malo, de habitación a habitación se escucha todo, incluso el cerrar de la puerta de una habitación vecina puede hacer moverse la pared de la habitación, puede incluso escucharse las voces de las otras personas. Otro inconveniente es que existen sólo dos elevadores para todos los pisos, las escaleras están únicamente para escape de emergencias; no hay elevador que lleve al estacionamiento subterráneo del edificio, para mi esto no es inconveniente ya que están las escaleras (el único tramo que se puede usar de estas) pero se que para algunos si. La atención por el chat de booking fue básicamente inexistente, nunca contestaron mis preguntas. Si todo esto no resulta un problema para alguien interesado, realmente no es una mala opción dejando de lado los puntos anteriormente mencionados.

Still need help with the room cleaning I have rented this hotel for approximately 5 times last time I stayed there I stepped in somebody's gum and it was stuck to my foot and I didn't really appreciate that your room service is not doing a good job cleaning

hotel is run down. Comforters on beds need to be bleached, there where a lot of stains on them. Bath towels look dingy. They need to be bleached.
