La ubicación y cercanía con el aeropuerto así como las respuestas y atención oportuna del personal a los menajes y correos que en enviaban.

Las políticas de cancelación ya que no me permitieron mover fechas o conseguir un cobro mínimo del hospedaje ya que tuve que cancelar por temas ajenos a mi.

Las instalaciones están excelente ya que cuentan con refrigerador, cocineta y horno de microondas está muy bien equipada

We always stay here and it always a great experience. I will defiantly be staying here again. It is always clean and the staff are wonderful and helpful.

Horrible experience will be staying there again

Location.

Parking is horrible they try to have you park at there convenience and wake you up late at night or early morning to move out of other guests way. Room was very dirty walls all had marks like house keeping does posses a cleaning towel to wipe down walls. clearly they do not change bed sheets. room had bad smell of dirty dirty mop water. when bringing concerns to staff they just tell you that they will let management know because they can’t do anything out issues. Will never stay there again!!!

Very nice place to stay great location.

This property is very clean and has a very welcoming staff .

There was nothing I didn’t like I have stayed here a handful of times and they all have been very lovely stay!

The rooms were really dirty sheets pillows blankets mattress and not just that the walls were black bathroom was disgusting and smell bad pool full of trash and cigarettes

This property is worst than Hotels charging $20 USD!

Location only

-Restroom had a broken toilet -windows were dirty -sheets were also dirty -room phone was broken -smelly room -excessive noise from other rooms

Did not get a room key, so I had to talk to the front desk wherever I wanted to leave the room. Small TV and not a sturdy bed.

Beds were comfortable,liked that rooms had a stove and full sized refrigerator in them.

The walls in our room were disgusting,like you could literally see the dirt & grim drip marks on the walls. The bathroom door on the inside literally looked like it had dried vomit splatter on it. I was disgusted. Asked the staff to send someone to clean it,they said they didn't have anyone due to only being 1 person on staff that night . Cleanliness i give them a negative -10,

Price and Location.

I got a phone call at 3 am from the front lobby. Asking me if I had a Cavalier as a car because it was parked in an unauthorized area. That was not my car. I was told they called every room to find the owner. Super unprofessional to wake up guests for that. When I suggested they record the car /license plate number at check in. The girl didnt even acknowledge my suggestion and continued with the check out.

Quick stay for a fair price. Secure and easy reception.

The cleanliness, how quiet it was, high security, can't get in without a key. The staff was very nice. The bed was very firm, love firm beds. When I entered the room it was nice and cold.

Room was clean. Only got one towel. Usually i get a floor towel and a hand drying towel, but at this hotel I only got one towel.

The wall of the room were stained and the kitchen countertop had a big yellow stain. I was a not very well maintained hotel overall the rooms look old and dirty. My mom's room had a toilet that was not working and they had to move her to another room. The pool is closed to early and open too late. Not enough things to buy in their little store either.
