The cabin was very clean and well maintained. It was spotless which pleased us! The only issues we had was the TV and the bed. TV was not working so texted Machelle. She was quic to reply but could not get anyone over until the following day. When we arrived that evening after a big day at Dollywood decided to watch TV. Still not working because they left the wrong remote.Finally received service after arriving on Thursday on Saturday. The comforter needs to be replaced because it was so worn and the mattress was substandardMachelle was great! She was always quick to respond! She
