Location was great and if it would’ve been for no JetSki rental directly in front of our location, it would’ve been very

The property was fine

I didn’t like that there was a ski jet rental group that set up directly in front of the condo. They were not very nice they were taking up the main area that was the best for swimming and if he came anywhere near there, they would make sure they made you feel unwelcome by coming very close to where we were swimming it felt dangerous

Very good

So close to the water, beautiful view, very clean. Refrigerator was nice and cold, wall units did a great job of keeping us cool. Great location

Bed was nice and soft but not very comfortable to sleep in. Made my neck and back hurt. Would have liked somewhere to wash off sand before going back in the condo.

I liked that it was close to water

Beds were both terribly uncomfortable and sheets did not fit. Cabinets and under sink was dirty. Coming into apt we were greeted with cockroaches and termites at the door. We extended our stay and booking.com showed it would be $786 but they witheld over $1000. We were charged twice for cleaning but only required one. Manager was notified but we never heard back.

Great property to stay on the beach and be near the town - particularly if you plan on eating out

Location and parking situation were excellent!

The fully equipped kitchen did not meet expectations, oven and hob dirty and some not working. Missing many vital kitchen basics - baking sheets, bottle openers...

Very good

The beach Accessibility was absolutely amazing.

I am deathly afraid of bugs there were some small bugs in our bathroom at night that seem partial to the night and then in the separated garage there were sewer roaches but there was also a sewer vent….but I would still go back the beds were comfortable … and being right on the beach was so relaxing..

Very good

It would be perfect is the one bed wasn’t so hard. But loved the beach! Just a short walk to Manny’s. Clean, comfortable & on the beach!

Scenery was beautiful, good garage for security

Not the vacation I was expecting, listening to the gulf was the highlight.

The Agency FMI was very cautious in securing that the keys could only be accessed by the guest, me. The staff was very courteous. The house was gulf front property! Private garage! New queen-size sofa-bed, plenty of natural light!

For a vacation rental, this is more an oceanfront house because there is no beach. You could hear the wind whistling through the house especially at night. With the conditions of the house structure, lack of good seals, and very slippery floors, I almost ended up at the hospital after stepping on the floor with wet feet. It's perfect for fishing but we don't fish., Anyone looking for a place to enjoy swimming on a beach look elsewhere. The house was very dirty and it was obvious that it was Not sanitized. The floors, the plants, dishes had to be cleaned by us I should have been reimbursed the cleaning fee. There was a 5-gallon bottle of water, at first we thought it was good drinking water, but we found that it had a bad taste and floating things. Unfortunately, the following quotes are inaccurate descriptions, Booking.com - "The holiday home has 2 bedrooms, a TV with satellite channels*, an equipped kitchen" FMI - 'The fully equipped kitchen...sure to bring a smile to your face...breakfasts that can be eaten at the generous sized breakfast bar, or more formal dinners served at the dining room set nestled cozily in front of sliding glass doors that lead out to a charming open air courtyard containing a charcoal barbecue grill' -There is no grill anywhere near the dining/living room area, the stove is broken, etc. *My laptop has a bigger screen than the TV. The remote and box for the DishTv are just decoration.
