The location and helpful staff. They were very responsive when we texted them and even let us have a later check-out.

Everything functioned well and clear instructions.
Room was tight for 2 people.

It is very clean. Good location. Quite comfy beds. Good price.
Paperthin walls, so you could hear every time your neighbours went to the bathroom or opened their door. A very, very small room. The kitchen is clean, but run down. The whole place is quite run down.
