El personal nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos, nos recomendó buenos restaurantes y nos ayudó con el safari, a muy buen precio. El desayuno es muy completo y muy rico. Te tratan como si estuvieras en tu propia casa, muy cercano, familiar y sobre todo gente muy noble. Buena ubicación, Fuimos andando hasta el centro. Se agradece la piscina después de todo el dia de safari. Recomendable 100%

ELEPHANT EYE hotel is one of the best hotel in Thissamaharama. Affordable price. I visited there 22-23 February with my family and two other families. Honestly I am so happy about this place. not only that but also they g' all with help of very nice, friendly and professional manner. We felt so
special from the beginning to the end. Beautiful garden with swimming pool. Enjoyed much during the stay. The rooms were lovely and big, super clean with comfortable beds, attached bathrooms with hot water. Breakfast and dinner was superb. Overall experience was very good. One of the best stay in Thissamaharama and definitely Will be back there and I will recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for the everything.

Staff were very friendly upon arrival and gave us a watermelon juice. Staff gave us a nice room with a balcony and it was very clean and comfortable air-con worked well.
Staff informed us only when we arrived that the chef was on holiday, which could have been communicated before we arrived so we could get some food on the way. We had no vehicle so after a long journey we were very hungry however the staff did send someone out to get us some hoppers and bread with jam which we were very grateful for but not ideal. Bathroom had 2 cockroaches come up the drain after we had a shower. We wanted to use the pool after we did the safari but the staff member cleaning it said we cannot use it as it’s dirty which disappointed us as it was one of the reasons we booked the room.
