About this house rental
This newly renovated property has worn many hats in its life. Starting out as a church around 100 years ago and now recently transformed into a 3 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom home. With this 2000+ sqft single floor living, high ceilings, and a very open floor plan this home was built for entertaining. You will find that everything within its walls is new and has been completely redone. The full bathroom has a large walk-in shower with more shower heads than one could count on a single hand.
This property is located in Painesdale which is about 10 miles from Houghton. Access to the snowmobile/atv trail is close by and you will find this property has plenty of parking for your vehicles, trailers, and toys. This home would make a great home base for large groups looking to get away in the U.P.

Just like my wife says to people that met me for the first time, don't let that rough exterior fool you! This place is amazing, we had Grands, along with us and our Son and there was plenty of room and I mean PLENTY of room, the bedrooms are amazing the kitchen and seating areas are amazing, the place was well worth the money and we hope to make this a trip a few times in the summer and will be searching out for this property first!

The home was absolutely beautiful; spacious kitchen, AMAZING shower/bathroom, and I found the 1/2 bath adorable. Suited our needs perfectly!
