A beautiful historic house with lovely welcoming hosts who helpfully spoke very good English. The room (and en suite) was spacious and beautifully presented and the bed was large and so comfortable. The Dyson fan was very much appreciated and meant we could close the large window at night. The breakfast was exceptional- everything was thought of. Our hosts gave us a map (nice touch) and explained about La Nuit des Chimères (light festival).
The private secure parking was a real bonus.
Unfortunately we left something behind in the room and the hosts immediately contacted us to asked what I wanted them to do. Much appreciated.
My teenage son felt a bit uncomfortable sharing a large breakfast table with strangers but that is more a personal preference.

Hidden gem. Owners very friendly and helpful. Rooms large and comfortable and very French.
Nice touch to all be seated around a large table for breakfast. Beautiful garden. Convenient parking.

The position was central and easy access to the older parts of Le Mans. We were welcomed by Denis a neighbour, as our hosts were at a funeral, was really helpful and actually walked us into the city to show us where everything was. Good guy 👍🏽. Bernard and his wife were delightful, booking a dinner for us at an amazing restaurant and providing a lovely breakfast.
