Charming property and decorations . Welll located to the village , easy walk into Annecy and the lake .
There was no lift and no help , we were located on the tops floor up 2 flights of stairs . My husband is 76 , so very tough with international luggage . Self entry by code the the building

The location was excellent. Close to the lake, old town, restaurants and bike hire.
The cleaners were not very efficient, never emptied the bathroom bin or refilled the water bottle, and the fresh towels they left thrown on the bed or the bedside chair.
Also there are not many staff around to assist at most times during our stay.
