Clean spacious room.
Nice location with walking distance from the train station

The team were so welcoming and helpful, and were able to help us with taxis and information about the area. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived late

The room was great and the host was helpfull and nice. The bathroom was very big and also the room.
The AC wasn't working very well in room 1, but we didn't had time to contact the host because we were out all the time.

Nice facility
During our stay 2 facility employees knocked at our door requesting to sand and varnish the floor around ~6pm. No previous notice was provided during our check-in at ~2pm or attempt to arrange this maintenance according to our stay. We stayed for 1 night only. We allowed the floor in our room to be sanded but we strongly refused the varnishing due to the strong chemical smell already present from the hallway right in front of our door. After manifesting our disappointment to the facility owner that called us, we were requested to leave the room after receiving full refund, but we refused. Our reservation was cancelled by the facility at ~9.40pm, as well as all messages previously sent to my private Whatsapp phone number.
We would like to thank Booking.com customer service for assistance, help navigating this situation and allowing us to review our stay.

Excellent location, clean airy room with nice décor, fridge, large screen tv and comfy bed.
Staff were extra accommodating in terms of check-in/check-out - we were very grateful for this.
A lot of noise on the street outside due to building work across the street and traffic sometimes unable to get past badly parked work vehicles leading to a lot of car-horn blowing. However this would be the fault of the building contractors and not Quarenghi16.

The room was very spacious and clean. Location is super central. Jack was very helpful and there is a small coffee machine for a nice coffee in the morning on the terrace.
There were many mosquitos when I left the window open and even a crocket entered my room in the middle of the night. Luckily he was gone the next day and when the window was closes, the mosquitos stayed away as well. Also they gave me a special anti mosquito plug. Because my room was on the ground floor you could hear people speaking and laughing on the terrace early in the morning or late at night.

Large comfortable room on quiet street within walking distance to funicular. Super friendly and helpful staff. Memory foam bed, super comfy. New decor, very tastefully decorated. AC was efficient and very quiet.

The rooms were large, spacious, very clean, and they accommodated our needs for an extra bed for our family of 5.
I felt that the listing on Booking.com sold this location as including microwave and coffee inside of the room. People need to know that the microwave is in a community space outside of the room.

Our summer holiday wouldn’t be even half as good if not for this apartment. Everything was clean and fine and our host Jack was always eager to help us with whatever struggles we had. We also had an access to a tarace, which is a perfect option for all smokers, as well as for the ones who just like to spend their time on fresh air.

The location was great, right next to the main shopping street. About a 20 min walk to the old town. The room was lovely, had everything we needed. The air con was a welcome bonus! We had a lovely private patio off our room that we enjoyed chilling out in.

Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Great location, walking distance to new and old town and close to transport links. Really helpful and friendly host. Would definitely stay again on a return to Bergamo.

Cool appartement not too far from Bergamo Train station & Airport Orio Al Serio, room was very spacious with nice bedding, local common room had a microwave and a coffee machine, great explanation of everything by the host.
Oldschool cashpayers will love this place :-)

Perfect stay for a trip to Bergamo. Close to bus/train station and Citta Alta, lots of restaurants nearby. Staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely choose that place again.

It was a great room. We couldn't have asked from anything more. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, cozy, near the city-center and the bus station leading to the Bergamo airport. The hosts were helpful and distinctive. Everything great!
