The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious and very comfortable. The whole area around the hotel was beautiful with so much space to sit and relax. The food in the restaurant was very good and good value too.

The views over the lake and mountains were superb and having a balcony to sit out and enjoy these views in the sunshine was a lovely addition.
The room was warm , clean and comfortable and the bed a very good size.
No tea or coffee facilities in rooms.

Ample and easy parking, huge room, wonderful restaurant, location and view. We were able to walk to the city center and back (a little further than we realized) and also tour the island nearby easily. Lake Orta is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy life. It's charming, historic, small and not crowded.
One day the restaurant was closed and so were a lot of others, so we had some difficulty finding one but finally did.
