Lovely place, great value for money and our host was very accommodating.

Great view from the balcony, all the essential.

Beautiful sea view, large rooms, air conditioning. Washing machine. Good WiFi. The apartment is located near the port.

The apartment is located about 500 meters away from the address indicated at booking.com. It is not marked in any way. Handing over the keys was complicated, the owner works in Greece and entrusted her friend who spoke very bad English. The owner could not be reached, she responded to SMS and WhatsApp messages with a delay, it took 2 hours to hand over the keys. The kitchen was covered in marmalade. The nearest beach is paid, pebbly, and ugly.

Not as expected

The apartment was cozy, beds were comfortable, very clean inside. Kitchen fully equipped We had a reservation for 3 people, but arrived 4 and they didn't charged us extra for the fourth person

In the description it says two bedrooms, but in reality it's a bedroom and a living room with two beds that includes the kitchen. We were left only two toilet papers and we were 4 people, so we had to buy more. When we arrived, the front door was damaged, couldnt be locked, so we were told by the man who gave us the key to leave the door unlocked when we leave to the beach, but next day was some how reapaired. Very noisy at night and in the morning. Had sea view, but the image wasn't the one expected The shower was damaged, the water was splashing in all directions Water pressure very low all the days of our stay Last day, the water wasn't runing, couldn't shower at all until late at night

The beds were comfortable, nice location and amazing terrace

One morning the owner entered the apartment without knocking or notice, waking everybody on the apartment. The water had no pressure, and would not stay hot for too long. We only had two toilet paper rolls (we were a group of seven). The building lost power one night and we spent an hour without electricity or water. Although the check out was at 12:00, they tried to make us leave at 10:30.

OK overall but requires improvement

Apartment size and cleanliness was good. Kitchen was well equipped. AC worked well but only in the living room

1. No AC in bedroom -was super hot 2. Slidding doors to both balconies did not close/lock properly 3. Shower broken and leaking + no stand for it so had to hold it up while showering 4. Had to wait 20 mins before manager came to give us the key at check in even though we'd pre-agreed that time by message 5. At check out we said we'd leave at 7.45am and someone came at that time and repeatedly tried to unlock the door to get in despite us saying we'll be 2 minutes! 6. Payment not taken by card which meant we had to pay cash at the property

- we waited for over an hour and a half to get checked in and no one would respond during that wait(2 Pm-345ish) - A man showed up at 8:55 AM and began unlocking our door, asking when we would leave… -The shower drain was stopped up

Beautifull place,,fantastic albanian people,luxury for very little money

Very good value for money

Big problems with contacting the host who leaves in Greece..cleaning lady&house keeper Heleni simpatic but not speaking any foreign languages..couldnt help problems with no hot water but in 4 days..we had just cold water..etc.

It was clean, owners were super nice, beds were comfy, it was close to the beach.

The wifi was a bit weak.

Excellent relaxing stay in Sarande

The terrace is amazing with lots of space. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Some excellent restuarants in the area. Mini-market downstairs open late.

Good location, needs signage outside. Toilet paper and shower curtain NEEDED.

Location (when discovered) was good, excellent apartment size-wise, 2 balconies were good. Basic ocean views from balcony, not far to walk to beach, or main part of Saranda. Great restaurant on street level (Oxhaku).

Taxi driver from International Port Terminal couldn't find the address. Finally located by GPS coordinates, but no signage, not sure which building it was. Taxi driver tried Albanian local number for us - no answer. Tried Greek number, referred to Albanian mobile number, rang that & someone would meet us in 20 minutes or so. Once person arrived, we were shown through apartment. Person (after payment) then left. We discovered NO TOILET PAPER in the place, and even though the wifi was a strong signal, it would not connect with any of our phones/tablets. (As soon as we got back to the International Terminal for return to Greece, each item logged on straight away to their wifi). There was no shower curtain and water went EVERYWHERE when showering, then towels needed to wipe floor near toilet, even after mopping the floor.
