Saranda ,ville en travaux dommage

Très bon restaurant

Nous avions eu de l eau froide pour nous laver , nous 'avons prévenu l accueil qu à notre départ. Attention 2 hôtels un en face de la mer et un en haut de la colline. Piscine froide dommage 🙂 (fin avril) Attention prévoir l appoint si vous payez en espèces et en euros la chambre car ne rend pas la monnaie.

Very good

The entire staff was very friendly. Breakfast was really good. The beach is small but very clean.

There was too many kids on the beach. In order to relax and not hear them scream all the time we took the sunbeds in the last row. The bathroom smelled horrible during our entire stay. I think the smell was coming from the drain. The toilet on the beach was very dirty.

Exceptional

The staff was great. Very communicative and cheerful. Made our stay brilliant. The rooms were very clean. Everybody accomodated every our request. We have a small child and everybody made our stay wonderful. Will definitely return.

Very good

The location of the hotel was excellent with its own little private beach and great sunset views. The hotel staff was very helpful and attentive. It was a little far from the center of the city, but the peace and quite made up for it. Since we had our own rental car, it was easy to go to the city center. Since we went in late May, the water was still cold, we did not swim in the sea. Yet, it was perfect to relax on the lounge chairs of the beach, sipping on wine and hot chocolate while watching the sunset.

Perfect place!

Perfect position on the beach. Staff were so friendly and so helpful. Good and plentiful breakfast. Room had a beautiful outlook onto a Caribbean looking beach. At night all the beach was lit up with subtle blue & green lights...looked amazing!

They charged me extra 30 euros for a service which was not worth and they never mentioned the price in advance. Very unpleasant an not professional.

The room was nice and clean, big balcony with beautiful sea view. Staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast had many options and the beach was fantastic.

Great Beach Access, old rooms, but comfortable overall

Direct beach access, no additional costs for beach entrance etc. Great coffee at the beach bar. Staff was friendly, but not very competent and not a lot of English knowledge.

Breakfast not suitable for vegans, coffee is terrible. Staff promises were not kept (check in on first floor, promised a move to higher floor on the next day, but this could never be confirmed and never happened). please do not promise things that will not happen. Housekeeping did not happen on a daily basis.

The first night we received triple room while our reservation was for quadruple room. At check out we paid, then next day they changed the price & wanted us to pay more

We enjoyed relaxing on the sun beds and playing in the clean, clear water

Our room was cleaned every day. The bartender made good drinks and clearly took pride in his work. The beach was nice and we were able to secure a lounger every day.

The staff was unable to communicate with us in a variety of situations. Securing a taxi to the ferry was a four hour affair, and when the taxi wasn’t there on time the staff had no ideas or thoughts to call and confirm. Instead of trying to find a way to communicate with us, many staff simply turned and walked away from us, leaving us unsure of our next step.

wonderfully private beach, well maintained and clean. we visited many beaches, the water here was so clear and blue—like you’ve never seen.

Amazing

Modern hotel with big rooms and good view. Loved the sunsets from the balcony. Breakfast was ok. The bonfires on the evening were so beautiful and relaxing. I would go again.

All in all, worth of money.

Breakfast was bit strange, no buffet, but it was understandable because there was not so many quests. Reception was really helpfull and frienly. Bit side from center and the beach is just stones and that was actualy the only negative point.

Male waiters on the beech were not very active to observe needs of customers.

Late check in we wait 1 hour to have the room The room was not clean The bed not comfortable The bathroom smelly and not functional well No elevator , we had to go up 4 flight of stairs TV not working Next to the graveyard Should improve the breakfast AC was dropping water No phone in the room Balcony is shared with the next by room I do not recommend it

Room in basic but good , comparing to other hotel it is perfect as it has its private beach and swimming pool facility also food is good

Superb

Nice newer hotel, excellent friendly and helpful staff, free parking, you can even wash your car. You have free sunbeds on beach in front of hotel and you can use swimming pool of Mucobega 2 hotel, whichnis next to 1. There is very nice beach bar, they organise nice traditional evenings on the beach which were very original and nice. Room is nice, with nice sea view, very very clean, every day they change towels and clean the floor.

Breakfast is nice, quantity is good but should be improved for 4* hotel, example: more salads, there is no mustard for sausages ( you can buy and bring from market heh)...

The hotel is O.K., the surroundings noisy, though nice, but the breakfast is way below average. You must be aware where you park your car, because the parking lot is totally full daytime, and other cars might park in front of your vehicle preventing it from departing.

The personnel was not very helpful. It took 3 hours to inspect the broken TV in our room, but they couldn't and didn't do anything to fix it.

Very good

Mucobega 1 is a basic hotel, but it's biggest plus is it's right on the beautiful beach. Mucobega 2 is newer and with pool, but up the steep hill. Room was basic, but with nice balcony with sea view. Very good breakfast, wifi and free private parking. Kind staff.
