Had very good sleep here. Atmosphere is friendly, placement superb; price very budget. Great for last minute Vietnam shopping with no transport and cool cafés all around.
My curtain (which plays literally a wall in a hostel environment) was very poorly attached, repaired apparently by multiple guests, who had to come up with fixing solutions on the spot, so did I...It was fun) those bugs keep us inventive and clever)
Every inconvenience is a call for creativity. Those deficient tend to demand convenience given to them. Creators rely on their own minds and body capabilities to adjust the environment to suit their needs, standarts and tastes.

The bed was very clean and the towel Rental was efficient and clean. The owner was extremely friendly and spoke great English.
There was one cockroach that I saw in the bathroom. It smelled a little bit in the bathroom as it was shared between many people. The other guests were very loud late at night, although this is not the fault of the property owner.
They were treating bedbugs upstairs which for me shows that they actually care about getting rid of them; so if they put more of this effort in I believe it will improve lots.

Brave was really lovely!
It was very VERY hot at night despite a fan and air con. 1 bathroom for 12 beds too, but you can walk out and use a different bathroom on another floor. Amazing location though and managed to book tours for cheaper through hostel too!
