Staff were really friendly, even when we asked for keeping our luggage while we where gone for 2 days, they helped us.
Also, location was perfect, close to the train, food, and markets.
We would definitely be back, and stay in little charm, they many activities during the week, free beer from 6:30 till 7pm, live music, karaoke, etc. Good place to meet new people, culture, and enjoy your stay.
Rooms to share but We got one with bathroom and it was so clean, and big enough.
Facilities like pool and toilets were super clean.

Staff incredibly helpful to book things and give tips on where to go, lovely hostel very clean and well looked after, nice and quiet at all times never had any problems
Maybe a little too quiet, as a solo backpacker was hard to make any connections but the hostel wasn’t booked up as it’s low season so maybe that’s why

Very relaxing and just what I needed. Great staff and location. Did a trip through the hostel which was very affordable and money well spent. Will definitely stay here again when back in Hanoi

Pros: Location, facilities are quaint and charming. Bed is comfy with lots of cubby space for items. Hooks for drying towels is good. Lockers for items large enough to fit all belongings. HOT shower water. clean, tidy.
Cons: The front terrace area is open to the outdoors and many other travelers were smoking - as someone that is allergic, this was off-putting as a welcome and the entire reception/lobby area smells of smoke.
I paid extra for the womens "delux" dorm but its located right above the front lobby where everyone smokes, hangs out and talks & all windows are facing the busy street. Not ideal for sleeping.
No elevator. Be prepared to climb 3-4 flights of stairs.
Reception asks for your driver license or passport as a deposit to hold until you return the towel and key. I've never experienced this at any other hostel in Vietnam but I guess it helps them to avoid theft or damages.
