Hieu and Vu were the best, two men you can’t help but respect next time I come back to Vietnam Hanoi I will be booking this place just to see them again. The hotel very good value for money 10/10

Very helpful staff. Hieu was the one that booked my taxi for me, woke me before departing to the airport (at 5:00AM) and made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible.
The bathroom was little bit outdated, but it worked.

Location, AC worked well, great water pressure, pleasant staff.
Incredibly noisy, smell of sewage when using water, beds and linens were very worn and dingy appearing.
