An amazing stay in Hanoi!
We stayed at Serene Boutique Hotel & Spa for three nights and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was fantastic and the staff were so welcoming and helpful.
Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — just what we needed after busy days exploring Hanoi! The food was also great, with plenty of delicious options.
A special mention has to go to Alice, the manager, who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Alice organised our tours to Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay, including our wonderful boat cruise, and everything was arranged perfectly. There were no issues at all — everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
It was so reassuring having someone we could trust to organise everything for us, and Alice’s help made our Hanoi experience even more special.
We would highly recommend Serene Boutique Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Hanoi. Fantastic hospitality, great food, a comfortable and clean room, and wonderful staff. We had an amazing three nights and would definitely stay here again! ❤️🇻🇳

I think that nothing
Dirty furniture, dampness and mold in the room and bathroom, unproper location for breakfast with heavily deteriorated ceiling and bad smell while keeping the windows closed. A total mess
