The part of the house we resided in was clean and well laid out. The shower facilities were amazing. The kitchen was small but quaint. The bedrooms were the clear selling point of the property. All in all good value for money considering the location and amenities nearby.
After a long day out we were unable to watch some TV before heading to bed. Freeview does not exist here and the SKY channels have no satellite signal. We phoned SKY after the landlord called in to advise we needed technical help. They were unable to help however, as the SKY Q main box was located at the opposite side of the house (Our side of the house only had a multi room box).

Ease of access to property, the facilities were sufficient for our needs,
Entrance carpet was marked heavily there could be better mats and shoe rack at the door, a light in the lounge was slightly hanging from its holder and the television was not tuned and sky box not recognised. All small thing that did not distract from what was required for my stay

Location to our place if work.
I thought the property was tired and in need of some tlc, throughout. Smoke detector covers missing, doorbell cover missing, seal on the shower screen door in the en-suite hanging off,the cleaning of the property amounted to a token gesture - crumbs on the floor under the dining table, labels from clothes on the floor in the master bedroom, shower gel label in the main shower room, shower. Etc,etc. Also the shower mat in the en suite was disgusting!!! It was covered in brown stains. Also the property has been divided in two and all that separates it is 2 flimsy doors where you can hear everything that is going on, next door. As a builder by trade, I’m sure that this is against building regulations and they should be 2, properly fitted fire doors.
