The service from the staff, the room was spotless and the suite’s proximity to everything that makes the city the destination.
Nothing really, only that there probably should be a bit more emphasis when booking re access is only via stairs.

Great location with easy access to Metro and sights close by, for Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Vatican. The room was larger than most hotel spaces, so was great to be able to move around. The hosts were excellent and very helpful with allowing us to leave our bags at the apartment due to arriving early and helping with getting around the city and making sure we had everything we needed. Had a slight hiccup on the bags being in the wrong room when returned after check in, but that was just a misunderstanding as we had a room change and was easily resolved. Couldn't have asked for more.
Only downside was the apartments are on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, which is an issue with heavy bags. It can be a bit difficult for less abled people. However, I'm sure if you ask in advance, Bruno and Silvia will be more than accommodating to assist with luggage on the day.

Location and service . Flexibility for the check out
It does not have elevator, we were in the last floor (3rd floor) with heavy suitcase the breakfast is not included, the building entrance is not nice . The upper shower did not work
