While the room was spacious and clean, the lack of communication from the staff was difficult to deal with as there is no front desk/reception. During our 3 night day, we messaged the hotel through Expedia requesting a steamer however received no reply at all. On our final day and night at the hotel, we noticed that the electricity and water were not working. We received no communication from anyone. We left a message through Expedia, texted them, and tried calling several times to NO response. Ultimately, we met someone in the lobby who informed us this was a street-wide blackout. Other people staying on the floor also attempted to contact the hotel to no response. While I loved the room, its location and how clean it was, the difficultly in getting in touch with the hotel impacted our stay. I recognize the water and electricity not working was not their fault however, some communication would have been helpful.

The location of this property is absolutely awesome. We also were super happy with how comfortable the beds were (only advise would be 2 pillows per spot, instead of 1) and the air conditioning worked very well, which is not always easy to find. Really modern unit, cleaned daily, free mini bar (sparkling and still water, coke and beer). Nice that they have multiple suite options.
Be aware, this is not a typical hotel with reception. They are available from 10-6 for non urgent things via messenger and had an urgent number as well. The one time we needed anyone, they came to meet us within 2 minutes to resolve our issue.
A day or two before, they will send you a message with all check in instructions. As long as you read and follow this, you’ll find it easy. From first impression it may seem not so nice, but when you get to the floors they are the hotels, you’ll know you’re in good hands. Your first time in is all done by keypad codes which are provided in the welcome email.
