地下鉄駅から徒歩5分程度とアクセスがとても良い。大通り沿いなのにとても静かだった。施設は古いが広さは１人には十分。２人でも問題なさそう。周辺にコンビニ、スーパー、カフェ、飲食店が複数ある。
エレベーターはないのでスーツケースが大きいと大変かも。部屋の湿度が高く少しじめじめしていた。部屋のWi-Fiはつながらなかったので（自分の部屋だけ出てこない）、他のWi-Fiを拾って使った。シャワーカーテンがあると良い。お湯はなかなか出なくて水圧はかなり低い。冷蔵庫なし。
