The hotel is walking distance from a bus stop going to Taipei Main Station and Ximending. It is also located near 7-11 and Family Mart where you can withdraw NTD and buy food. Nearby are restaurants that usually open at night.
The room is large enough for 2 people and aircondition is very comfortable. Sheets and towels are clean and bath soap/shampoo have lovely fragrance.
For the price, the breakfast is already quite good and filling. You can get brewed coffee, iced tea, bread with butter or jelly, tofu and meat dishes and noodles freshly cooked daily. Reception gives free water too whenever you ask.
Overall, it was a satisfying stay. Highly recommended.
There is nothing that I did not like. Guests must expect though that this is located in an old building. The hotel rooms itself are well cleaned and maintained.

The hotel fare was cheaper than most hotel in Taipei area. I saw many visitors from southern Asia to stay in this hotel.
Room services needed to improved, especially the room and shower floors. The overall environment was below average level according to my opinion.
