* The hotel is located on a hill, so getting there can be a bit challenging at first, especially without a motorbike.
* It took me a few days to get used to driving up and down the hill.
* Personally, I preferred staying in the Rawai area, although that’s more about location preference than the hotel itself.

Was a very big room. Super clean and the people so gentle. The air con works 10/10. The pression of the water was perfect.
The bed was comfy and big.
It is literally in the hill. So you have to walk like 100 m to get but is no to bad for real. Nothing bad to say btw

The acommodation is good, staff very family friendly, helpful and relaxed. It has everything basic you need for your stay. The location is great between 2 big beaches. They also make breakfast and lunch if you want.
Cleaning every day, fresh drinking water. The room is also clean.
The size of the room is great.
The price is more than great for all of this you get!
No elevator but steep steps (hard for handling big luggage). The hill to go there is a bit challenging (not big but during hot summer days it's a killer😅, especially since some taxis don't want to go there).
The squeaking pipes in the bathroom, especially annoying during the night.
The room doesn't give you the shower gel.
All in all, not a luxury but basic stay. But everything was even more than good according to the price (honestly, some facilities are not so better in much more expensive accommodations).

Simple and functional. No design, no modern furnitures or decoration. The place is old but not too bad.
Property is up hill so get ready to go up.
Staff did not help to lift the bags to the room. We came with 2 kids, stroller and our travel bags and did not get any help from the staff. Would be nice and kind.
