Great value for money. Friendly staff. Good stay

I stay at this hotel often—great value for money. The staff are always friendly and help out as much as they can. The rooms are very quiet, and the beds are comfy.

There is very little to complain about with this hotel. Except for the hot water. The hot water sometimes works and sometimes does not. It is exceptional hotel, and only one problem - hot water.

Les toilettes bouchées, les draps tachés, pas de fenêtre dans la chambre mais ça nous le savions. À la réception pas d’aide pour réserver bus ou autres..

Ogen dicht en slapen

De bedden sliepen dan wel goed. Om een handdoek moet je vragen, maar dan krijg je hem wel gratis. Gratis flesje water en tappunt. Redelijk centrale ligging.

Het is geen fijn hostel. De slaapzalen (twee op de begane grond) hebben geen daglicht, het ruikt een beetje, de smalle stapelbedden zijn aftands, gordijntjes droevig, de vloer is vies (onder de bedden ranzig), het piept en kraakt. Het sanitair is armoeiig: douche en wc in één ruimte, dus alles zeiknat, barst in wasbak, geen warm water. De lobby is ongezellig. Er wordt ook gewoond achter het hostel, en die mensen hangen op het terras en in de lobby op de banken, hetgeen een claimende sfeer geeft. Ik voelde me niet echt welkom en had totaal geen thuiskomgevoel na een dagje Phnom Penh. De straat is goor en saai. Keukentje is diepwalgelijk, grote dooie insecten op de grond. Op het terras een dooie muis met ingeslagen hersenen.

Vraiment vétuste . Le personnel est très sympa mais l’hôtel a vraiment besoin d’un bon coup de neuf . Ça en est limite dangereux, dans les dortoirs, de monter sur le lit supérieur, ou l’on trouve un rideau cassé . Pas d’eau chaude attention

Great experience

The location is great . However if you stay in the first floor it might be a little noisy. Bathroom was not convenient. However for short term stay it worths.

Good stay, definitely will come back.

We like the cleanliness of the hotel, for a small hotel like this they were able to maintain the cleanliness of their place. Hotel room was comfortable. The location is the best, outside the hotel you can find coffee shop and food stalls. Nearby Sorya mall, satamay market and bus station. Just 2 mins walk around the area.

Aircon not so cold. You need to have extra card to put so the fridge will not turn off when u go out.

La localisation, l’appartement 2 chambres était spacieux avec fenêtre dans les 2 chambres

Pas de table, ni de bureau. Odeur d’humidité importante dans la chambre. Pas d’ustensiles de cuisine. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas (le congélateur oui)

Bien placé à côté du marché central, un régal pour prendre le petit déjeuner, déjeuner, etc.Le personnel très serviable, et accueillant. Chambre propre avec frigo.

La chambre avait une fenêtre mais qui qui ne s'ouvre pas et est cachée derrière un grand rideau occultant, derrière la tête de lit. Donc on est toujours à la lumière artificielle.Peut être faudrait il mentionner ce point dans le descriptif.

We found two cockroaches which didn't let my girlfriend sleep at ease.

The spacious of the rooms are great! It’s cool with 3 air conditioners. We can cook as well. 😀

Nice hotel

Room was ok, fair price for fair stay. Looks much better on photos. Location is also ok, not that far from the riverside. Staff is also ok, we did not chat a lot, but they were smiling.

Boa localização para ficar em Phnom Penh

O quarto era sossegado, como nós tínhamos pedido. A localização é muito boa, estavamos a poucas dezenas de metros do mercado, shopping e relativamente perto, a pé, do Grand Palace e do rio. Basicamente conseguimos ver tudo a pé a partir do hotel, ir ao S21, Praça da Independência, etc, o que foi excelente.

O ar condicionado está virado para a cama, mas também percebemos que não daria para o colocarem de outra maneira. Tuktuk drivers chatos à porta do hotel. Não houve mudança de toalhas mas só ficámos duas noites. De resto tudo ok :)

It is one of the best hotels in view of its cleanliness, facilities, service and price

The hotel is very clean, all facilities are excellent, and the rooms are very special

It is necessary to warm the shower water in the morning from 7 to 9 am and in the evening from 7 onwards, as the electricity from solar energy is less during rainy days.

Hotel in general is not so bad, but unfortunately they have a big problem that can put your stay in unconfortable mood

Hotel is haunted by cockroachs. We also found it in our bed. . Stfuff tried to fix the situation moving us to another room, but the situation did not improve. One room offered was even very smelly. In general the approach of the stuff for such problem looked a bit passive, as we had to accept the situation.. They even proposed to spray the repellent against insects on our bad sheets, since they could not provide new ones Hence i asked to refund our reservation which was already paid, but they refused and did ask to contact booking that also could not provide a proper solution. For us it was a terrible expirience..

Value for money considering the location, room cleanliness and friendly staff though they tried their best to communicate in English. There is a commune space with washing machine and self service kitchen for the dorm guests I guess.

I was robbed in front of the hotel

always take care in this city. man on motorbike stolen my phone from my hands just in front of the hotel door. hotel staff refused to give any help or call the police. about the room: it was quite used, with cockroaches and dirt, but not too bad. window has a close view on the wall.

the room was roomy and clean, the bed very comfortable. There was no window in the room but we know it before booking. the air in the room was ok and there was a window painted on the wall 😊 that was a great idea!
