Great location, with spacious comfortable rooms.

Nice hotel, we had a two bed apartment which has plenty of space and good facilities. Pool area and gym were fantastic. Nice location slightly out of the city centre, but a vibrant area with nice bars and restaurants.

Breakfast was extra and there was a limited choice available; it was also only available in your room.

A spacious apartment near the Russian Market

The rooftop pool was fabulous. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location is great - lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.

The smell of drains in the apartment. I bought an air freshener, opened the windows and ran water down the sink to help reduce the smell. The servicing of the room was unpredictable and was after 5pm on two days even though I had been out from 8am.

Brand new hotel with nice and clean room.

Very clean, brand new, and near the Russian market. Good restaurants in the area.

At the corner of a street a little noisy if your room is on this side but not a big problem. It is a apartment hotel with no facility such a resto, bar, etc…. So, not a place to meet people. But the room are great.

Vraiment l'appartement est magnifique On dirait des appart de démonstration à la vente Spacieux et moderne La piscine est un plus

Au moment de faire le check out on nous montre une serviette blanche tachée de 3 petites taches qui à la machine n'auront aucun problème à partir et on nous demande 5 dollars pour la détacher!! Incroyable !! Jamais vu cela. Ils n'ont pas essayé de laver la serviette et on nous demande de l'argent pour la laver Il a fallu batailler pour contester car nous n'avions pas fait d'état des lieux entrant et ces petites taches auraient pu y être. Alors attention si vous salissez draps et serviettes ils facturent le lavage Assez incroyable

Neues Zimmer zu einem fairen Preis

Grosses Zimmer, sauber mit Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Wir haben ein Zimmer im neuen Gebäude gebucht (Executive) und das Zimmer war wirklich erst gerade fertiggestellt worden (so wirkte es zumindest). Bett war sehr bequem.

Es wurde zwar erst fertig gestellt, aber für europäische Verhälnisse wirkte es jetzt schon einwenig halbfertig/gebraucht. Jedoch war das Bett sehr bequem und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Nice pool

Rooftop pool is very nice. Location is good for the district. Most things are new.

Only one of the electrical outlets actually worked. The toiletries were not refilled. The shampoo was almost empty, and there was no conditioner. Upon check out, I had to wait for them to inspect the room. So, build that in to your time when you’re planning to leave, it took about 15 minutes that I really didn’t have.

Excellent stay at Queen Mansion

Queen Mansion is in an excellent location near Russian Market. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was well-equipped and when we asked at reception, we were provided with everything we needed for self-catering in our apartment. The pool is amazing and has incredible views over the city. The apartment was spacious, cleaned daily and very comfortable.

Apartman is great, quite place, cozy, comfortable bed, good wifi evrywhere in the building, beautiful view from 16 floor (where's pool), close to everything (with tuktuk), noce neighborhood with good coffe shops.

I didn't have warm water in my bathroom, even when you turn on, nothing happens.

Nice stay

The rooftop pool was amazing, we spent our whole time up there. The staff were friendly enough and let us use facilities after check out. Beds were so comfy too!

We arrived during the election and everything was eerily quiet. Not sure if we were quite far out of the centre or if it was just to do with things being closed

Air conditioning didn’t work in one bedroom We had money (cash)stolen from our room The washing machine leaked all over the floor We informed staff one of the glasses was cracked on arrival and they wanted us to pay for it on departure

It’s not worth the money as there are better value places around

Staff were friendly

It’s not a hotel it’s an apartment block. No breakfast service or food and it’s a fair way out of main centre. Pool is very cold

Nice enough but you can do better.

The location is good and near where I wanted to be. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The housekeeping staff were very pleasant. The pool area is nice enough.

The process of extending my stay from 4 nights to 9 nights was unnecessarily complex and inflexible. The hotel staff would not match the Booking.com rate and wanted to charge me the standard hotel rack rate. So, I booked the extra 5 nights through booking.com, and then when that came through they applied a 2% fee for using a credit card. If I had paid through booking.com there would’ve been no such fee. Of course, these are normal things but I just found the whole process to be unnecessarily complex and inflexible. I will be very cautious about doing this again.

Extremely clean, amazing pool

This place was perfect! Everything was extremely clean, and the towels and bedding smelt great. The TV had a good number of English speaking channels, the tea/coffee was a nice touch, and the rooftop pool area was amazing. Staff were friendly and professional. I'll return if I'm back in Phnom Penh.

Wonderful stay

The pool was beautiful and we often had it to ourselves. The staff were lovely and serviced our room daily The bed was lovely and comfortable

There were free washing machines to use but the drying function didn’t seem to work so we had to drape our clothes in our room to dry but this was not a big deal and overall our stay was perfect!

The pool and the view from the top where the pool is was very nice. The pool and the facilities around it were clean. The staff were very nice.

There were only 4 deck chairs by the pool, which really isn't enough. There is an empty space above the pool area, another terrace, which could be used for a bar or something like that. There was construction work ongoing right next to the hotel. Another tall building is being built which is blocking the view from the rooms.

A beautiful serviced apartment

I really liked my stay at Queen Mansion. You will have a big room with all you need: a really comfy bed, air conditioning, minibar, TV, coffee maker with complimentary coffee bags and tea bags, a private bathroom with shower. Two big windows with city view. On the rooftop there is a beautiful swimming pool and also a gym free to use.

The hotel is located near Russian Market. Honestly I didn't like so much the area and the neighborhood, but with a 15 minutes tuktuk ride you will reach the city centre.
