We stayed here 3 times in the last month, so we obviously love it. Love the location with access to great restaurants and cafes. The staff were perfect. We appreciated the 24 hour reception. Twice we had to check out very early to catch the train.

Location was good. Away from the hustle and bustle of riverside and city centre whilst still being close to shops, markets, cafes, restaurants, money exchanges etc. Loved the rooftop pool, property was simple, clean and modern and balcony had great views. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and kind, especially Mr. Ya Thol Radeth who always made us feel welcomed and was informative with our queries and questions.
Would like to see some shade/umbrellas in the roof top area, and mats at base of the stairs and entrance of elevators on roof top level

The location was excellent, it was close to many downtown areas, the traffic to get in and out was fairly heavy.
For this stay, the bed was quite hard, the shower pressure needed to be fixed and the sink head was broken so it leaned over to the side. This room was not as nice when I first stayed at this hotel but it was still a decent enough room.
