We always love that room it has huge terrace the owner milindz he take care of homeless animal if you are even not animal lover you can still show them your kindness they are very lovely dogs and cats

I loved the staff they were amazing and very humble .. food was yummy and big portion , eating by the lake was a special ..
The WiFi keep disconnecting & the location was nice but the property was hidden in a dark corner which tuk tuk was necessary at night bcz it’s too dark to walk ..

There was a problem with hot water in the room I booked so the management arranged other room in a nearby hotel for me. A very well mannered driver picked me up from the Airport and took me to that hotel. Next morning they sent a car for me to take me to the Serendeep Guest house for breakfast and it was good on the bank of a canal. I made payment and then driver sent me back again to the same hotel. So I am very thankful to the Serendeep Guest house management for their help and support.
