Nadat we in 2021 genoten op deze locatie gingen we deze keer met de FIETSEN naar deze geweldige locatie terug! We werden net als de vorige keer enorm warm ontvangen. Prachtige kamer, heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt en goeie tips voor een restaurant. Onze fietsen waren geen bezwaar, opladen ging vanzelfsprekend. Eigenaren hadden enorme interesse voor onze reis naar hen toe en ons vervolg langs de Loire. Ook daarbij gaven ze nog wat tips zodat we bepaalde (extra) bezoekjes hebben gedaan langs de route.
Onze conclusie is dan ook: Wij waren ook FIETSERS en begrijpen een van de vorige recensie niet!

Great location in a nice quiet area and easy access the city & river
There isn’t a kettle in the room to make tea!
I know this is not a pre requisite for a Maison D’hote and understand the reasons why it is not available .
However, many places do have them and us Brits do like our morning cuppa !
Having said all this , I could have brought my own travel kettle and the delightful hosts were very kind and accommodating, providing a tray with tea pot hot water etc which was gratefully received .

Everything about the property was authentic, clean, room was amazing, as was breakfast. Hosts were friendly and so helpful. They were so informative about the area and helped me plan my days in the Loire Valley.

Nous avons aimé le charme d'une maison de caractère tout proche du centre-ville, la chambre très spacieuse, la décoration et la gentillesse des hôtes avec lesquels nous avons échangé agréablement au petit-déjeuner et .. le plancher qui craque ce qui apporte authenticité à la chambre.
Le plancher qui craque qui fait craindre à un insomniaque de réveiller son conjoint ! Cette "critique" est donc une boutade!
