Im großen und ganzen bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert und würde immer wieder buchen

Das Hotel war wunderschön sowie die Aussicht. Ein sehr nettes Personal, sehr viel Auswahl beim Frühstück. Sauna Bereich war sehr zum genießen.

The view was amazing but it was far from the city that have all the activities.

I like the view it was amazing and the staff was friendly. the breakfast was fine but there was not many options not everybody can eat eggs.

I didn't like that there was no AC, I understand that most houses in Zee am see do not have AC but at least provide us with working fans. I order two fans and one of them doesn't work. another thing that I don't like is that the hotel and the city were separated by the lake which is understandable, however, at least provide us with transportation to cross the lake it was so hard to get there and the boat was so expensive. the last thing balcony was laking privacy.

Perfect location with great service

very nice renovation with a lot of good taste and thinking about every detail. Nice location, very friendly staff, good food and all in all a place to return into.

Dissapointing experience

The only good part is the incredible view, good looking hotel and sauna in the room.

The services were really bad, poor cleaning (spiders and spiderwebs in the room, marks from previous customers on the nightstands) no vanities, shower gel, shampoo…The breakfast quite limited and not that qualitative. if you want to have dinner at the hotel restaurant either you should be very lucky either you should reserve a table before even you think booking a room…Overall bad experience and not recommended.

Beautifully designed hotel with a kind and friendly staff.

The staff was really wonderful! Beds were comfortable and the design of the hotel was lovely.

The “Mountain View” was literally a hill of dirt and nothing to look at. I would have paid for the lake view if I had known the mountain view was so ugly. It should not be listed as an attribute when booking.

Exceptionally view, friendly staff, great food, and everything is just too nice!

We arrived at 1pm and they allowed us for early check-in, which is a surprise. The room design was exceptional and comfortable. The dining area for breakfast and dinner was a surprise too, it's so beautiful. The breakfast was prepared in a nicely way and instantly increases your appetite. The view on the lake to the Zell am see city center was great also, especially at night when the lights on the other side are turned on.

A bit far from the city center, which is a trade-off of the scenery from the hotel. One of our stay was a foggy day, I would say this is the kind of weather if staying nearby the lake during a warm winter.

Definitely worth it. Perfect hosuing which have a abundent supplies of equipment which make you feel like home

The house is fully equipped with entertainment and household equipment which allows you to do laundry, cook and refresh from a long journey

There is nothing to complain about.

If they would lower their price a bit then for sure I would stay much longer.

The beds, bathrooms and most importantly the view. I also liked that they already put some pans and pots and utensils for me to cook.

There was no laundry machine for me to wash my clothes neither was there a safe to store my personal items.

The location only the positive thing

Every thing were bad, We have wait for three hours till we got our rooms ready. Staff were so racist, we as arab no body were asking us if we need any thing even in the restaurant. There are bugs in the rooms

the view and the private beach secluded location.

I didn’t like having a very expensive dinner on our honeymoon in the reception area when I purposely booked a private table months earlier when I made my reservation. the service was too slow at the bar and there was no service at the private beach even though there was a menu at our Sun lounger.

Very rude managment who takes advantage of tourists

‏Be careful with this hotel. It is owned and managed by a rude family. They charged me extra money just for not returning a room key card. The two managers (wife and husband) are very rude and taking advantage of tourists. They came at the reception yelling and shouting at me trying to force me to pay the extra money. ‏The room’s balcony is surrounded by trees where you can’t see anything. ‏The room telephone is not working and the reception closes at 10 pm ‏instead of king bed, they put two twin beds close to each other!! ‏There is no air conditioner in the rooms and the weather is very hot at day time. If you open the window, a lot of insects will come in to the room!! ‏I do not recommend this hotel if you want a good experience. انتبهوا من هذا الهوتيل. يستغلون السياح ويحاولون يدفعونهم على أي شي..

staff in the restaurant were some trainees, not real waitresses. one would expect a better service given the restaurant prices.
