Great (apart from the WiFi)

Well equipped and central. having 2 bathrooms was great.

Good

Great location in town centre and close to ski lift. Ski storage room. The apartment was basic but met our needs.

We were not always able to connect to the WiFi in the apartment. Kitchen utensils adequate. No lift in apartment building but this was not a problem for us.

I liked the village, but not the hotel.

The area/location

The state of the apartment when we got it. It was rather dirty, some things were broken already and the internet connection was bad.

good but disappointing not to be able to use the hotel facilities

very good location

I previously stayed at self catering apartments at this hotel and was able to use the hotel facilities especially the pool area etc. on arrival this time I was informed that I was not able to use the facilities without payment of €14 euro per person. That was very disappointing.

The apartment doesn't have the elevator which cause trouble to carry luggage.

There was no ac or fan. It was a hot day and hence difficult sleeping. The water and bathroom stank of sewage water.

Staff were great at the neuro post. Sorted our boarding passes on the last day. Thank you very much.

central location, size of apartment,ability to use spa facilities

would have been useful to have a broom/dustpan and brush and an ovenproof dish

Very good

The location was great close the center and the lake.

There was no elevator it was a little bit difficult for us with a baby and a child.

Great location and comfortable place

Very great location, clean and comfortable place. Perfect for 3people in summer time

Everything was great. Would be nice to have a balcony :)

Superb

Very nice modern and big rooms, big balcony, there was everything what we needed in the kitchen, the appartement was perfectly cleaned. Delicious dinner, my complimentary to the cook. The owner made us reservation for the cable car to the Dachstein sky walk, what was very nice and helpful for us.
