We loved our stay as a family of four (2 kids)! The room was spacious and comfortably set up with a queen bed and sofa bed. Room amenities were great, and housekeeping cleaned and provided fresh towels every single day.
Check-in was smooth and convenient—the host was very responsive, and after messaging our passport details, we received everything via phone call/message.
Breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of fresh options and delicious Sorrento oranges. The decor was charming, and the staff member working at breakfast was incredibly warm and welcoming.
The walk from the train/bus station is challenging with heavy bags. The road leading to the property has an incline and lacks proper sidewalks or curbs in several spots, so it isn't very walkable with heavy luggage. I would recommend arranging a taxi or ride if you have large suitcases.

Check-in was problem-free, nice staff, room was big and clean, beds were comfortable, no musty or moldy smells, A/C working, breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options, location is a short walk from the central area of the town.
Only 1 window opening to a somewhat-busy street but no mold in the room.

Good location and close to town
The sheets and blankets need updated and had holes and appeared fairly dirty. Staff was hardly ever present and the breakfast was not great.
