The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the main street, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and all the attractions in the town center. If you driving there is a pay parking 5 minutes walk.
I would definitely recommend MelRose to anyone visiting Sorrento and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring.

The location was very convenient. There was a grocery store across the street and a place to wash your clothes close by. It was also an easy walk to the train station.
The place had a little kitchen, which was convenient and the room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was top! Very close to the center. The room service was very good, the cleaning woman was sweet and kind.
It was a bit loud when the neighbours were in their room.

I wasn't made available of the continental breakfast... a guest told me about it and showed me what was available...toast/crackers, nutella, coffee and tea that you made yourself. Our room was crawling with little red ants in and out of the bathroom. I told one of the "personnel" people and she said she didn't understand and didn't come back to the room to see. The morning of our departure we didn't have hot water for a shower even though we let it run a little to warm up...nothing. Difficulty paying bill...the link didn't work and they themselves were unsure. There is no pool as shown online and I didn't see a small garden. Also when we arrived we walked for an hour up and down streets looking for the addres and no one (who lived there) knew where it was or had even heard of it. Although the location was near enough to the center of town I was disappointed by the overall experience.
Just read the previous statement and I think you will get the idea.
