The rooms are a short walk away from the old town and bus /train station. Downstairs businesses include a bakery and laundromat which was very useful. Our host Gian was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.

Clean room, possibility to make up room and get fresh towels daily. Our host Gian Mario was very helpful, kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. Great value for the area.
Not enough hot water for a full shower, and a little noisy from the street at times.

Room was comfortable. Good location for us, not far from railroad station and shopping area. Bathroom was updated. Shower was great! Little refrigerator was good to have. The experience of living in a local neighborhood.
Hair dryer was hard to keep on.

Breakfast was very limited only croissants.
Coffee machine leaked.

Close to the center.
Had a hard time contacting the owner to let us in by phone. Weird smell in the entrance and smells like smoking in the room. Air conditioning dripping through the night on our stuff. You get what you pay for I guess.
