Location, location , location!!
Sarah made check in easy and was there to help .
Loved the room, just needs new mattress and pillows. Bed is hard and pillows are too heavy / dense.

Breakfast in the room, Excellent staff, so accommodating and helpful. The communication was excellent, the location was amazing.
Since it is right on the Piazza it can get a bit noisy at night. Travelers tip - close the thicker wooden window coverings, it really cuts the noise out.

The location is excellent, very close to everything! What really made our stay special was the staff which are SO helpful in every way. Sara provided a variety of restaurants to try depending on taste, great breakfast room service, and assisted so much in arranging for a very early morning taxi service to take us to the airport. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Good location
Breakfast was mediocre not available until 8:30 was too late room lacked any ambiance and bed was hard cheap linens and old hard pillows
