The place is amazing with a beautiful view.
The staff - Ilona and Paola where amazing, they got in contact before the stay and help with recommendations and restaurants reservations. They were available all along our stay.
There is a staff manager that can meet us in a public point and help with the suitcases.

Nice and clean facilities, very comfortable stay. The basest is the location that is easily to access to all transportation - bus, boat and walk to town center. Stuff is vey nice and they have porter service that can carry your large luggages. Breakfast is great.
Public area is a little smaller but that does not bother us at all. Just the breakfast preparation is a little noise as it is just outside your room. But we had no problem on it comparing other benifits.

Amazing place, the super friendly staff came to meet us at the drop off point in the city and helped with our luggage and to walk us back to the location while giving us some details of the town. The location is perfect, right on the front with sea views. I also loved the honesty bar that had everything from champagne, prosecco, beers and wine. The breakfast in bed was also great, wide variety of choices. The room s were nice. The hotel staff made the experience though, they went above and beyond to help us with information, restaurants, transport, day trips etc, even when we were out for the day they were always available on WhatsApp. We don't go back many places but we'd defiantly go back here. 11/10
