Location is excellent, very central and minutes from ferry / bus stops. Communication from Enza and other staff was excellent. Great free porter service offered and worked well. Room is clean.
My room, although comfortable, was not as shown on website or in my documentation. It was darker and less modern. The outside terrace, again not as shown, was right beside external works and you had to stand up to get a view therefore I didn't really use outside space, despite paying extra to get accomodation with outside space.

The property is super conveniently located to the main street of Amalfi. There are a number of restaurants just at the bottom of the stairs. The property felt safe and secure. The room was quite big with lots of spare space. We had a nice balcony which provided a fabulous view of the fireworks for the celebration of St Andrew. The staff were lovely. The room could be cleaned as often as you liked. There were basic snacks provided free of charge and cold water replaced as required.
There are 62 stairs to the property, however, there is a complimentary porter service which I’d recommend. The way the door was hinged in the bathroom made it a little tricky at times.

It was close to everything which was great. The outstanding breakfast was included at a fine restaurant in the square.
The room was very small with no nightstands and very little area to set our belongings. We had a balcony without a view, but it was noisy with street noise and loud scooters all day.
