Perfect stay at Napoli city centre, totally recommend

We had an amazing stay at Lemon House, our host Raffaele was very helpful and easily contactable from day 1 of the booking. The apartment was well equiped, very cosy and practical is it is split in two levels, each one with a bed and bathroom. Location is very closer to Via Toledo where all the amenities are and also close to a supermarket that is always open!

No comments, everything was perfect.

Poor

The apartment is very clean and bright, in the city center. There is a microwave, washing machine, plenty of towels, really hot water in the shower.

very stuffy in the apartment!!! poorly ventilated!!! 0 floor, so very noisy. And the main disadvantage: when I was after a shower, 2 men started knocking on my door. I got scared. It turned out that the owner of the apartment came with a friend to tell me about the rules of living in an apartment. This is fine???? Without a warning phone call to come and knock on the door??? I booked an apartment for myself! for 1 person! followed all the rules!!! left the apartment clean!!! The owner of the apartment could write me a message if he wants to say something, but not break into my apartment. He also took a friend ... what was it? There is a phone, there is a culture of behavior
