Чудесен хотел!

Уютен хотел, вкусна храна, чудесно място за почивка. Гледката от стаята беше невероятна. Препоръчвам!

Останахме много доволни от престоя в холела. Имам една единствена забележка. Бяхме настанени в стая с преходна врата към съседната. За нас това не беше проблем, но би било редно да ни предупредят на рецепцията.

Great stay

The staff was generally very helpful and kind which is not always a given in a Bulgarian resort. There are plenty of facilities in the spa center which are well maintained, you won’t be missing anything. Finally, food was great, very high quality (the hotel uses produce from a nearby farm).

Two main things for us: - complete lack of wi-fi in the room - no pool with a not too high water temperature but that’s not a massive issue

Relaxing stay in Banya

The best hotel in the region. The mineral water pools and spa are are perfect. Rooms are clean, meals are very generous and service is on high level. Treatments in the medical center are profesional and on a high level. Staff is very good.

A rich breakfast and dinner, emphasizing quality products and launching a line of healthy eating. Staff is extremely friendly, cleanliness is second to none. Clean and nice spa, lovely outdoor pool with mineral water.

will definitely visit again. one of the best Spa resorts we have stayed at.

excellent room, everything was clean, Spa was excellent. quiet location and very good staff. Banya is a nice little town and we visited the hotel farm on several occasions to feed the pigs, puppies and horses. the kids loved it! The views of the mountains are super.

Above expectations !

Our best stay in the country. the hotel is better than in the pictures. very clean and comfortable. very kid friendly and kind staff. pools are wonderful and the beds are comfy. No smoke smell like in many other places and the town is lovely. the breakfast buffet is fantastic. the mountain views are great.

Maintenance well, food very very good, very clean, check-in/check-out times as supposed to be, even when the hotel is full there is parking, one of the best hotels I’ve been in Bulgaria.

Not big deal but the ONLY thing we didn’t like, there is no drink in dinner unless you pay for it.

Perfect combination of skiing and spa. Comfort and pleasure.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. More than one would need. All fresh salads, selection of different traditional and international zalads and main meal, fresh yogurt, fruit, home made icecreem. Great selection of vines. Perfect to enjoy every moment. Staff friendly and good service.

A must visit hotel

Very large,clean and amazing overall rooms, complimentary fruits, water and sweets. The rooms provided a lot of towels, had a big shampoo in the shower, as well as a lot of other hygiene things. There was a large terrace with a beautiful view of nature. Everything you’d need was in the room. The spa is just amazing! There’s all kinds of different options there. The pool is the showstopper. Warm mineral and an outside pool perfect for colder nights, making you feel like you’re in a movie during winter. Also watching the sunset and the mountains from the pool is amazing. There’s a spa restaurant so you don’t have to be dry or get dressed to eat. Breakfast was good, dinner was DELICIOUS . The food is really really tasty, there’s options and you can be assured that the food is healthy because it’s from their own farm. The hotel overall is beautiful. It’s perfect for families as well as couples or friend groups. An amazing place to relax and feel great. We didn’t explore the spa treatments and the medical procedures, as well as the ski wardrobe but we had a very very pleasant time.

Weak blow dryer. You have to pay for drinks at dinner( including water).

Hotel in general, SPA was excellent and outdoor pool is real gem.

Food, especially dinner. That you don't have option to book without dinner. Also, drinks are not included in dinner, so you have to order drinks additionally. Also, you had to pay for coffee capsule in a room, which never happened to me in other hotel. For this price, you can expect more
