This is in an ideal location for exploring the city with easy accent to the bars and restaurants along the Mekong River. It has real old school charm and the staff are amazing. The restaurant and Spa are first class and there are lots of Tuk tuks waiting outside to take you to most places for $2!

Lovely location with a very nice swimming pool. Staff were very good at holding doors open.
The service wasn’t as good as we expected. We had stayed at 14 hotels over the last month - some 3 star and some 4 star and yet this one felt lacking. We had paid for breakfast but when I asked for an omelette, I was told that I would have to pay extra. The next day, when I checked this it wasn’t true and we were told we could have eggs. We were also asked to pay a $100 deposit upon arrival for no reason and when we questioned it, they changed their minds. They also don’t put the aircon in the gym on when it opens at 6am so it gets really hot in there by 8am and it takes ages to kick in. I would suggest that a staff member should go in and turn the aircon on as soon as it opens.
