Very clean apartment, with good facilities next to the beach

Very clean with good facilities. Good location right next to the beach. Owners easy to contact if there are any problems.

Sometimes hard to fine parking very close to the accommodation.

Fantastic Apartment. Amazing Views.

Fantastic apartment right on the beach. Check in was super easy even though we arrived late. We had an amazing time. There are plenty of shops and bars nearby. The apartment was cleaned every second day and the staff were so helpful and friendly. We got a late check out which was great. Thank you.

Fantastic apartment on a great location

The apartment is located right on the beach and in a quiet area for this time of the year. Yet it is close to lots of restaurants and shops and Playa des Ingles is within walking distance. Maspalomas is also close, you can rent a bike nearby of take the bus. We stayed on the ground floor. Via de garden door, you step right on the beach. There is a outdoor shower in the garden which is very convenient.

There is not a lot of shade in the garden, so quickly gets hot when sitting outside. It would be nice if parasols or something similar were available.

Just perfect!

The facilities, the perfect location-placed in a quiet area, just perfect for families with small kids, the view, the yard (my twins were so happy to have a big yard to play in), the beds so comfy, the washing machine was a must for us, so was great to have it). I ask for an iron and I received it immediately🙂

The bedding wasn’t changed during our stay, but I assume was forgotten, no really an issue, even if we had prefered to had it changed.

ConMar Apts are beautiful, perfect location to the beach,its on your doorstep....Everything you need is supplied..

The only thing I found I didn't like was that you felt like you were in a gold fish bowl as everyone passing looks in but we got used to it after the 1st day.

Like a dream. This place is as per the picture, directly facing the beach. It is a modern apartment with all what is needed for a nice stay. Quiet part of the coast.

Excellent and clean apartment on the beach with lots of space.

The apartment has plenty of space for 4 persons. There are good, wide beds and a good shower. The kitchen has everything you need. It's very clean. The terrace is big, with two sunbeds and a table with four chairs, and sun all day. At night it is quiet.

On a hot sunny day it would be nice to have a sun umbrella or a sun screen to use on the terrace. But this is just a suggestion, not a big thing.

Enjoyable and and happy stay

The apartments are exceptionally well located right on the beach front and on the promenade that goes miles along the shoreline. We enjoyed the view from our window. The apartment is sparkling clean and very well maintained. Special thank to two wonderful ladies who assisted in all possible aspects of our stay. A promenade provides convenient access to the shops and the restaurants nearby. A few words about parking. Con Mar does not have a parking but we have found abundance of free parking space on the parallel street Av de la Union Europea that can be reached but foot through the overpass right next to the Con Mar door.

Next time we will stay next door ( as we did last October ) that was far better.

Location

No kettle (which was included in sale itinery ) I had to buy one. Host did not carry out my instructions to pay ( pay was by credit card ) in Euro...payment was converted to Sterling at their exorbitant rate....I lost £ 40 on exchange rate.
