Very clean, modern apartment with everything we needed. The apartment complex is clean also with a very good pool and garden areas. There wax alsk secure off street parking included free, which was a bonus.
Location is good too, between the San Augustin CC and the Tropical CC. Walking distance to Playa del Ingles, but far enough away from thw noise of the main resort.
The owner was very helpful and even allowed a later check out on our departure day.
Only very minor points, the shower was slow to drain, so needed to manage the flow as we almost had a flood after the first use. After that it was fine though.
Also, the kitchen had everything but a kettle. There were two coffee machines, but not a normal.kettle so we ended uo boiling water on the hob in a small pan for instant coffee and tea.

Appartement Größe o. K. Alle erforderlichen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Schöner kalter Pool.
Lage in der 2. Reihe. Bis zum Meer ca.10 min. Fußweg. 70 Meter hinter unserem Balkon war eine stark befahrene Hauptstraße, so dass wir den Balkon aufgrund der Lautstärke nicht nutzen könnten. Schade.
