Ci siamo fermati una sola notta: Ortigia è un incanto e il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, accogliente e curato!

La location in centro è in un palazzo d’epoca ristrutturato.

We would recommend this Band B to others, and would stay here again.

The upstairs terrace, shared by all guests, was lovely. Clean and very well set up. The breakfasts were very enjoyable, with a choice of sweet or savory. Dalila,, who was responsible for the breakfast, was very helpful and charming. There was also a very small balcony off our room with a small rack for wet towels and bathing suits.The room was cleaned every day, but was very small. Not a problem for us as we were out a lot. The host, Valentino, responded quickly on WhatsApp to all questions.

Es war schön

Optimale Lage auf der Halbinsel Ortigia, mit Sicht aufs Meer bzw. den Hafen von der Dachterrasse aus, wo auch das üppige Frühstück serviert wird. Das Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel.

Das Bad von unserem Zimmer (blaue Bettdeko) war wirklich in jeder Hinsicht eng! Für 1-2 Nächte kann man aber damit leben. Ausserdem ist mir ein eigenes kleines Bad im Zimmer lieber als eine grösseres das mit anderen Gästen geteilt werden muss. Bei diesem altehrwürdigen Haus lassen Grundriss und Struktur wahrscheinlich kaum Spielraum für eine andere Lösung

Ortigia - a must in Sicily!

First the location - just over the bridge and very close to the marina. This is a great location to explore the small island of Ortigia. Second the B & B - lovely renovated B&B, newly renovated, lovely space from the moment you enter. The room was exactly as advertised and we had a balcony which was nice to see the harbor in the distance. The hotel had a very big roof top terrace that looked out to the harbor. We had a wonderful breakfast here each day. Third the proprietors - although we did not meet Valentino he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. He gave us many lunch & dinner recommendations as well. His sister Dalila was so lovely. Do not hesitate to stay here you will not be disappointed.

The parking in Ortigia is a bit of a challenge but this was not the fault of our hosts. It’s just the nature of the island itself.

No breakfast inspite B&B

Quite good location.

It was a B&B, but no breakfast was served. When I asked about the breakfast the host said it should have been ordered and paid when booked. But this was never an option. it said when booked that the breakfast cost 7 EUR, but not anything about pre-booking or pre-paiment. I think this was just a lie, and that they didn't want to serve breakfast for only us (no other guests). The room was very small!

Terrible hotel

위치만 괜찮았네요

I arrived on time(2:45 pm) at the hotel, but there was no reception at all. I had to wait in front of the hotel door for over 20 minutes. And the water pressure was too weak to take a shower, but the manager said to me everything is absolutely normal(??) via only message. I had not seen the manager (hotel owner) for 3 days !

The Residencia was well located by the harbour and was a small traditional house set 1 road back from the water's edge. The rooms were well presented and modern. The central location was perfect for sights and restaurants

Beautiful B&B in Ortigia

Very central and cute B&B. We went to a nice cafe for breakfast, lovely owner and really good homemade pastries. The room was very clean, big and cosy. The terrace is beautiful, unfortunately we didn’t appreciate it because it was raining. The owner is super nice!!

THE BEST LOCATION AND HOST

The best location, quiet room and refurnished. Good to have a fridge!

The shower door was difficult to close. First floor via stairs, a bit difficult with knee problem.

10's across the board. Amazing location, delicious breakfast, incredibly accommodating host!

Thanks to the host for a fantastic stay. The location of this B&B was seriously perfect. Right near the water with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and activities within a couple of minutes walk. The B&B itself is very quiet with great views of the marina from the terrace. Breakfast with delicious and features pastries and things from a local bakery. For the price, the value is definitely there and I will not stay anywhere else when I return to Syracuse!

Great short stay in Ortigia, amazing memories!

Amazing service - Valentino takes care personally of all guests, making sure that every little detail is perfect! I had an amazing aperitif on his terrace to watch the sunset. Way beyond any service quality I have experienced in Sicily - a must go!

Good location, you can park for free, the host told us that nobody checks the parkingtickets. Nice bed and room.
