The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was Fantastic! Hardboiled eggs, filled croissants, juice, sandwich, yogurt, hand crafted coffee drinks and more! Most of all the personal service from Anna was amazing! So special. The Bed was super comfortable (soft mattress topper), and the location was excellent! Very close to easy parking, and right off the main walking street. No problems with noise. Great communication & recommendations from Valentino. Highly recommend.
Slight musty smell, and I would have liked an easier opening window, but those are small things. We would happily stay again, and highly recommend to others!

Good location. Good communication from the owner before arriving at the property.
No one was around when we arrived. We rang the bell, texted on what’s app, and called twice.
After about 15 minutes, we were able to contact the owner, who let us in remotely.
Of all the places we stayed in Sicily, (7) this was the only place where we weren’t greeted or given an orientation to the property.
The room was comfortable, although it was not easy carrying our suitcases up the winding staircase.
The bathroom is very small, and my husband couldn’t fit in the shower. He is thin, but very tall.
Breakfast was served on the upstairs terrace, where we had a great view of the harbor. The owner’s father made and served breakfast, and we had a lovely conversation via Google translate.
The location is great, but the fact that no one was around our entire first day, and everything is “do it yourself” is a little off putting.
Regardless of what the owner has said when other reviewers made note of this, it does detract from the experience.
