The location is great, only takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The room is clean. They also have a clothes drying pole on the balcony, which is great if you get caught in the rain.
The room is quite close to the surrounding buildings, and people can easily see inside through the windows, so you have to keep the curtains closed if you want any privacy.

Cozy little guesthouse, comfy and clean. A friendly and helpful host. You can do laundry for 10 lari. The location is within walking distance to oldtown and the beach. There's a shared balcony, shared fridge, you have a kettle in your room and cups. It's nice :)

The location is very nice, and the host was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-equipped.
The bathroom was tiny and awkward to use. The room was not cleaned during our 2-night stay.
