Very responsive host, amazing location: 1st line, near the sea and the park, very close to city center and main attractions. Stunning view and cozy brand-new design, architecture and facilities. Great value for money! Absolutely new building and apartment.
Wifi connection was ok, but not super stable for video calls. There is construction sight nearby, but windows cancel any noise.

თბილისიდან ჩავდივარ ყოველ წელს ბათუმში. ასეთ კარგ ადგილას ჯერ არ გავჩერებულვარ არასოდეს ბათუმში. აპარტამენტი ახალ გახსნილ კომპლექსში მარიოტშია და მაღალი ხარისხის არის ყველაფერი. 4 თუ 6 ლიფტი, დაცვა, ფოიე - ყველაფერი გადასარევია. დაუფიქრებლად შეიძინეთ. მდებარეობს ტბასა და ზღვის შუა. აპარტამენტში ყველაფერია, რაც სასტუმრო ნომრებში და გარდა ამისა, აქვს სამზარეულო სრულად აღჭურვილი. კომუნიკაცია მეპატრონესთან სწრაფი და ხელშემწყობია.
I live in Tbilisi and travel to Batumi every year. I have never stayed at such a good place as this one. Purchase without any doubts. All equipped apartment with kitchen and all the amenities. The Apt is located in central area between the lake and the seaside in Marriott building which is exceptional with its high quality service. Communication with the owner went smoothly. He is very helpful. Recommended 100%.
