Check in was easy and staff were friendly. The reception staff offered to carry the bags up to the room which was much appreciated. The room was very comfortable and with a very good shower. The hotel also has a travel agency and was able to arrange tickets for onward flights as well as change money at a favorable rate. The property is in a central area of Thamel, but in a safe and quiet area off the main road. It is easy to get to historical sites simply by walking. I would certainly choose to stay here again.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, bright, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, great value for money and highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at karma boutique hotel. The room was clean,cozy and beautifully designed, offering a relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. The location in Thamel was perfect convenient yet peaceful. The staff were warm, attentive and always ready to help, making the experience even more memorable.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting KATHMANDU.

Clean and comfy! Perfect location and good price. Very friendly staff helped arrange airport rides and let us store luggage and hang out in the lobby after checkout. Was a nice place to rest after our trek.
