Très belle semaine dans ce village

L'emplacement est parfait, ainsi que la vue sur la baie depuis la terrasse partagée. Les gérants sont tous très sympas et la cuisine proposée par l'établissement est tout simplement très bonne, variée, il y en a pour tous les goûts! Il y a egalement tout ce qu'il faut pour faire du snokeling et cayak sur place. Nous avons adoré nous immerger dans la vie de ce village..

Les chambres sont un peu étouffantes mais c'est compensé par tout le reste :) Bon à savoir: de ce village vous ne pouvez pas rejoindre les autres parties de l'île par voie terrestre. Il y a les taxi boat par contre ;)

For a cheap, basic room this was fine. Staff were fantastic!

Location is straight off the pier so really easy to find. Central for restaurants etc. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was great.

It was very hot with no air con but that’s the case for most properties in M’Pay Bay.

Clean. Comfy bed. Great location. Really friendly staff! Discount if food at bongs cause we were staying there. Free water refill

Room did get very hot and only a fan… but that’s just us being fussy. And the fan worked enough that you could still sleep at night comfortably

Bon séjour sur Koh rong samloem

L'emplacement est super à une seconde a pieds du Pier ! Y'a une super terrasse avec une vue sympa sur la baie avec ! Il y a de l'eau à disposition ! On a eu la wifi dans tout l'établissement (un plus pour l'île)

La salle de bain est un peu petite Y'a pas mal de bruit (même si c'est toujours un peu bruyant en Asie Le sol est pas toujours très propre Le matelas se déforme facilement du coup on se retrouve avec un trou au milieu du lit !

Prima te adviseren, ook gezellig om te verblijven!

Super lieve mensen! Helpen je prima en fijne familie omgeving ook voor kinderen.

Wellicht zijn we wat kieskeurig maar we vonden de hygiene ondermaats, vlekken op (wel gewassen) beddengoed en badkamer had flinke aanpak kunnen gebruiken.

Great place to stay right on the beach!

Bongs is set right on the beach of M’Pai Bay. The rooms are simple, but have everything you need and are very budget friendly! The accommodation has a lovely terrace which overlooks the sea - perfect for escaping the sun and chilling out! We really enjoyed the food in the restaurant, as well as chatting to the really lovely staff and owners! Thank you for a great stay!

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft direkt am Hafen. Die Eigentümer und Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant ist gut, auch vegan wird gekocht. Die Preise sind in Ordnung. Dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt, störte uns nicht.

In der Umgebung war es sehr laut, auch nachts. Dusche und Klo sind quasi eins. Es gibt keine Klospülung. Wenn man weiß, worauf man sich einlässt, lässt es sich gut aushalten.

Awesome stay! Warm and friendly welcome by the owners. They closed the restaurant when we were there but recommended us all the best food around. The room was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

LA guesthouse de M'Pay !

L'emplacement au top ! L'ambiance de l'établissement. Les chambres sont simples mais fonctionnelles : il y a du rangement et un casier fermant à clefs pour les effets personnels ( passeport, argent...). La petite terrasse au dessus de la plage est un plus. Vous pouvez recharger vos bouteilles d'eau gratuitement au bar. Les salades, si vous avez envie de fraîcheur, sont bonnes et copieuses et à prix très correct. Attention ! Prévoyez assez d' espèces (riels ou dollars) car tout se paie cash et aucun ATM sur l'île. Si vous souhaitez tout de même régler par CB il vous en coûtera de 5 à 10 % partout. Et pour terminer je dirai un staff super !

Un frigo commun serait d'une grande utilité.

just right in front of pier, convenient to walk around the village. always excellent food ,clean, private bathroom, balcony to look at beach/pier , speed wifi, friendly owners, great music. refill water. lovely dog & cat

I've never been more welcomed anywhere in my 7 years of traveling as I was at Bongs. They are a very genuine and caring family. It's right at the peer. It's a hotspot for the locals and local business owners. It's not a luxury spot by any means, but their service, their food and their hospitality is excellent. I will surely visit again. Thank you very very much Karen, Jake and Brent.

The service, the (western) food, the great location with the view and the authentic village feeling.

Sometimes it was a little bit noisy, but I think that comes as a package with the authenticity.

Budget-friendly and cozy guesthouse in Koh Rong Samloem

Central location close to many affordable restaurants, free water refill, mosquito net without any holes, cozy balcony for common use

Laundry wasn’t fully clean and we lost a piece. No Wifi.

Great guesthouse!

Jake and Karen were incredibly friendly and helpful from the get go. The guesthouse is right on the beachfront and the food is phenomenal. The room had a great little ensuite and a perfectly functional mosquito net (rare find in SE Asia) It was hard to leave the guesthouse but even harder to leave the small fuzzy residents, basil and chocopie. We extended our stay as we loved it so much. Thanks guys!

Good Spot

Excellent location with shared balcony overlooking the pier. Lovely way to spend time watching the comings and goings.

Bongs was great but the surrounding area and beaches needed to be rid of plastic waste and rubbish.

Unbelievable location, literally on the beach. Great staff, amazing breakfast options, wonderful shared balcony, mosquito net provided. Really wonderful place to stay.

The only complaint (and this is nothing to do with Bongs) is that there is quite a lot of construction work on the island, and the guest house is right next to the pier, which means that there are quite a few heavy vehicles going by to load and unload materials quite early in the morning. The sea view room might not be ideal if you're a very light sleeper.

Nice Place to stay

Really nice Place directly at the Beach and the Peer with frindly helpfull Staff, we had everything what we need. Restaurants and Supermarktet are really close. Great Breakfast and a cutie house Cat.

Amazing guesthouse

Bong’s is a lovely place to stay, really clean and comfortable rooms. The food they do downstairs is not to be missed, the breakfast baps and the Mexican food at lunch were very tasty! Right beside the water so it’s also a lovely place to chill out! Special shout out to everyone that works there, their friendliness made the stay even nicer 😊

Nice room with private bathroom. Balcony with a view to the beach and sea. Good mosquito net. Very clean.

The staff was not available in the reception. You can hear everything from the other rooms. Cold shower.
