We loved the views. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was large and the water temperature and pressure was perfect.

The lady prepares the food herself. She bakes cakes and makes sure guests have what they need. She is very friendly.

I really enjoyed the location, surrounded by the Svanetian towers and offering beautiful mountain views. The breakfast was also very delicious. However, the main highlight of this hotel is the hostess, Nino - she is incredibly pleasant and always does her best to make your stay as comfortable as possible
