호텔 옥상에 보는 메스티아 뷰가 일품이었고 우리만을 위한 조식이 훌륭했다. 그리고 호텔은 매우 청결했으며 가장 인상적인건 매니저의 친절함과 고객에 대한 서비스가 매우 인상적이었다 메스티아를 다시 방문한다면 꼭 suntower hotel 에 숙박할 것이다.

Good hotel in the nature, a bit at a distance from Mestia centre

- Clean, calm room with a nice view on the mountains and the nature - The hotel employee accepted that we pay by credit card as it was indicated in our reservation, even though it apparently is no longer possible since the end of July 2023

- No more credit card payment (new since end of July 2023) - No air conditioning - Location not near the centre of Mestia (1,5 km)

Overall a lovely stay (value for money) and highly recommended to anyone visiting Mestia.

The best part of the property is location, location and location. The hotel seems to be run by a family and they were very welcoming. My rental car broke down twice and needed a battery jump-start and they were able to arrange a local mechanic. The hotel is a short yet a scenic walk from the center of the town. All major attractions including Svaneti Historical Museum, Cathedral, Cable Car, nature trails etc. are a few minutes walk. About the hotel , the rooms are quiet spacious each with its own balcony overseeing the mystical town and the beautiful snow-capped mountains. The breakfast too was great as it had collection of fresh cut fruits, eggs, local bread including our favorite Khachapuri.

Nice stay in Beautiful Mestia. Enjoyed so much the surroundings with the mountains

Nice view and good location near cablecar. The young hostess was very nice, good at English and gave us advices about trips and walks in Mestia.

Room was a bit small but OK

Very nice hotel in Mestia

Very nice place and very very helpful, proffessional staff. Hotel has a roof, where you can relax and watch almost whole Mestia, as well as sunrise and sunset. There is elevator inside, especially usefull after hiking to cross over Mestia ;) Rooms are cleaned everyday, beds are comfortable. Hotel is very close to center of Mestia, ideally for a short walk. Very close is also a cable car station and mineral water sping (naturally carbonated). We are totally statisfied!

Superb

The kindness of the staff. The receptionist was very helpful and always ready for some small chat. That was a major plus for us that learn alot of Georgia from her. The terrace view is also a big plus for that. Instagram moment.

Exceptional

Staff is very helpful and speaks fluent English. Rooms are big, clean and spacious. Wifi speed is excellent. Huge breakfast! Plenty of parking space available.

Decent stay in good value

spacious room with decent value. This place has great view and is surrounded with beautiful church and museum. The breakfast is well-prepared by the staff.

The room has a heater but we need to open the window /balcony door for better ventilation.

Very convenient stay in Mestia!

Very kind and considerate staff, namely just one lovely woman who even Accepted partial payment in Euros and gave us a free breakfast! Rooms were large and spacious and was very cozy. Great view from our room although other side of hotel has even better views!

Balcony lights were not working but that wasn’t a problem really

Good location (not to far from the center, not too close to the noise). Helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms.

No A/C in the room and no mosquito nets, so cannot open the windows.

I would not recommend this hotel.

The Suntower Hotel seems quite new and modern, which meant our room and the bathroom had a fresh feel to them. They were clean and neat. The hotel also has a pretty cool roof terrace with lovely views on the mountains.

To be honest, we did not enjoy our stay. Even though the hotel was new, we could hear everything that other guests were doing: talking, laughing, phonecalls, checking in. We had the bad luck that a drunk group of boys checked in in the room next to ours at around midnight. We tried asking them to be quiet but they did not listen, so we had a terrible night of sleep. There was no one at the desk at that time. In the morning at breakfast it became clear to me that the lady behind the desk knew these guys and was friendly with them - she joined their breakfast table and looked just as tired as them, wearing pajamas. When I mentioned to her that they disturbed our night, she said something like: “they were drunk, right? Sorry”. Which did not help me at all. Breakfast wasn’t fantastic - there were some fruits and eggs ready, but other than that it was mostly things like brownies and sweets and products that seemed not fresh. There was a lot for the amount of guests staying at the hotel, which led me to think that they just re-use the breakfast from the day before. Our shower seemed clean, but there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom - we don’t know what this was. Although this is personal, the beds were very hard and the pillows very small and too soft, which means you can’t really sit comfortably upright in bed.

Very kind and helpful staff & great breakfast witch we got free of charge.

There was no conditioner in the room and the sound insulation was not too good.

Great stay in beautiful Mestia!

Great location, quiet but still close to the centre. Loved the rooftop terrace. Good breakfast and super helpful and friendltmstaff. They even picked us up from the airport!

Everything was great. We missed only the good coffee for breakfast because there was only the instant one.

Perfect lacation

Beautiful and clean hotel! Modern structure which gives more confort than the traditional ones. Salome and all the staff have been so nice, giving us food outside the scheduled time!

Hotel with superb views

Great hotel having nice views to Caucasus mountains and especially in the evenings to Mestia village and its stone towers. The hotel is located "another side" of the Mestia i.e. where is the centre of the Mestia village just some 10 minutes walk. The staff was very friendly and spoke fluent English. Room was simple and basic but functional. The gem of the place was the roof terrance having superb views to mountains and Mestia village. We spent there several hours in the evening with some wine and snacks. The served breakfast was very good and more than enough. There are also plenty of parking spaces for the cars just nearby hotel.

Super friendly staff, did everything to fulfil wishes (for dietary needs, transportation, etc.). About 15 minutes walk to the centre of Mestia, situated directly at a hiking route. Clean rooms

The hotel is perfectly located, just outside of the center. I had a room with a view of the church and a little stream. The room was spacious, clean, very cosy with nice, soft pillows. The breakfast was delicious with a big variety of different food every day. If there are lots of guests, opulent buffet is served. Salome, the receptionist was exceptionally helpful, willing to help and accommodate, always with a big smile on her face. She went far and beyond to make my stay so comfortable. She provided a heater for my room which I appreciated so much, she organized a group tour to Ushguli, my return trip to Tbilisi and did many other little surprises. The cook was very kind as well. Salome and the rest of the staff, keep up the good work!!!!

close to the center, very friendly/helpful staff, and a good breakfast (except coffee) that was made fresh for us. also a nice view from the terrace.

the bathroom often smelled. only instant coffee was available.
