I loved this place. Rania and her colleagues are so kind and really did go the extra mile to make me feel at home. The place is beautifully furnished, comfortable bed, nice balcony. Perfect location, close to the city center but not in the middle of the busy area. A couple streets away from the city bus to the nearest beach, a couple streets away from the main KTEL station where you can take a bus to Falasarna, Rethymno, Heraklion, etc. The hotel offers different breakfasts to choose from for a small price and has a deal with a nearby restaurant if you're rather looking for a breakfast-brunch. I didn't have the chance to try it, but it sounded amazing. I will definitely come back to this lovely hotel.
Everything was perfect. If anything, I missed a small kitchen, but I knew the rooms didn't have one beforehand, so it was a personal choice. On the other hand, I got a refill of coffee capsules every morning.
